I am a six year resident of Grand Rapids. I grew up around Detroit, so I have a passion for Piston's basketball and Tigers baseball (the Lions are dead to me). I majored in Sociology and Minored in English at Grand Valley State University, so most likely I will never have a "real" job (curse of a liberal arts major... sigh). To that end, I am great with people due to several years experience as a retail manager. I know how to make people feel comfortable and give them what they want. I love music and have played in several bands in college as both a drummer and a vocalist, as well as being a (slightly) accomplished jazz trombonist. I am definitely a bit of a free spirit, but I truly believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect and that really shows through my personality.
